Arsh Deol graduated with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University and graduated with a Specialized Honors Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology) and Certificate in Athletic Therapy from York University. Arsh has worked numerous placements in acute and non-acute care settings, as well as working as the lead student therapist for numerous sport teams at the university level, including football, basketball, rugby, volleyball, and hockey. This has allowed Arsh to become comfortable in assessing and treating individuals who present with sport related and non-sport related injuries or problems.
Arsh examines the body as a whole from a biological, psychological, and social perspective to determine the underlying cause of pain. He utilizes a functional assessment approach to determine areas lacking mobility, stability, strength and/or endurance. From a treatment standpoint, Arsh will implement manual therapy approaches such as soft tissue and joint mobilization techniques to help you move better and combine that with strength and conditioning exercise for long lasting results.
